Where have we worked in missions? We began as missionaries (2004) serving in Santiago, Chile, later moved to Costa Rica, and we now serve the region of Latin America and the Caribbean. Our primary focus is on the people of Cuba.

We train and walk alongside Cuban church planters using the Modelo Jetro framework
— a strategic planning methodology built on Exodus 18 that equips leaders at every educational level to organize, delegate, and multiply.

Michele leads a movement ministering to Cuban women dealing with sexual abuse, anxiety, and depression.
Her life experience helps cultivate a safe space for women to break the silence and share their own stories. Redimidas is a movement that brings Light to the Silence.
