Our Story
THANK YOU FOR SHOWING INTEREST IN WORLD MISSIONS. WE ARE THE PÉREZ FAMILY, BOB, MICHELE, SILLA, AND IZZY. HAVING SERVED FOR NEARLY TWO DECADES AS ASSEMBLIES OF GOD MISSIONARIES, WE CONTINUE TO COUNT THIS OPPORTUNITY OF SERVING YOU AND GOD AN AMAZING PRIVILEGE.
Where have we worked in missions? We began as missionaries (2004) serving in Santiago, Chile.
In 2010, we were transferred to Costa Rica. We would serve there until 2018.
Beginning in 2020, we began our missions work on island nation of Cuba.
While in Costa Rica, Michele was a counselor and integral member of a local NGO focused on the rescue and restoration of women and girls in the commercial sex industry; both voluntary (prostitution) and involuntary (human trafficking).
Michele continues to minister in ladies events, with youth, and she accompanies her husband in his role as Presbyter.
